Logical cores are almost untouched and those rare activities could be related to other things as I have opened some other tasks in the background (Chrome, Activity monitor app itself).To be clear, I agree that Reason needs to handle multiple cores (and virtual cores) better, and certainly VST performance in this first release needs to be improved upon. As you can notice 1st physical core is loaded the most - to me it is responsible for graphics. From what I see on system monitor, even GUI is processed by 1st physical core. When I use less audio tracks, working with default sample rates and do not use stretch, all my 12 logical cores are out of business. When processing audio is out of HT then 98% of all processing inside Reason is without HT. I thought that Reason is an audio application.
